Apunto Privacy Policy

Apunto provides online ordering and restaurant management services. This policy explains how we handle information when customers, restaurant staff, and business administrators use Apunto websites and mobile applications.
Information we collect
- Account and contact information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and authentication identifiers.
- Order information, including selected items, modifiers, totals, order status, and fulfillment details.
- Business information supplied by restaurant administrators, including menus, product images, availability, and store settings.
- Device and service information needed for notifications, diagnostics, security, and reliable operation.
How we use information
- Process and manage orders.
- Operate restaurant dashboards, menus, notifications, and connected point-of-sale integrations.
- Prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, and improve service reliability.
- Comply with legal, accounting, and security requirements.
Service providers
We use service providers such as Firebase, payment processors, point of sale platforms, messaging providers, and Apple to deliver Apunto. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Apunto does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and business record requirements. Restaurant employees should also contact their employer regarding information managed through their business account.
Children
Apunto business administration applications are not directed to children. Customer ordering services are intended for use with the involvement of a parent or guardian when required by law.
